It felt like I was out in the Spanish mission field with Xander!"<br /><br />My son Calvin is in his last transfer in "The Great Ohio"...he will be home the day before Thanksgiving! He was originally called to the Columbus mission, but he has loved the Cincinnati mission! Xander is my other Elder who has been out since January. I went to their area so I wasn't able to do much of the teaching, but I could get us in and get us out. Getting us in - I would go up to the door and say, "Hola! Como Esta?" Then I'd look at Elder Foote... Haha! After that he would start talking with the investigators and teaching them. About one week ago, I received an email from a sweet lady who is the Mom of the zone leader that Colby mentions. This is what she said. "Hi Amy, I've seen you post on the Missionary Mom's email list, and I wanted to pass along a portion of my Elder's email from last Monday. My son is a zone leader (English speaking)...I thought it would be fun to pass this along to you."<br />"I was able to go on exchanges this past week with Elder Foote, one of the Spanish missionaries.
